Bio: Cecilia Flombaum has been in the Microsoft for almost 20 years and in the Business Applications space for about 14 years in different capacities. She assumed the lead role in the Business Application Strategy team as part of the One Commercial Partner with worldwide responsibility in August 2017. In this role she is responsible for capacity planning, capability and growth strategies as well as worldwide field execution; all aimed at the development and health of Microsoft’s Business Applications partner ecosystem and co-selling success. During her Business Applications tenure, Cecilia was Partner Recruitment Lead for Microsoft Dynamics for Europe Middle East and Africa and later Worldwide leading the strategy for attracting, recruiting and on-boarding new partners into the channel ecosystem. Later, she was responsible the Partner Development Centers worldwide for which she created the business model, community and operational framework. She was then worldwide lead for Dynamics channel-related field roles worldwide and finally served as Chief of Staff for the former CVP of Microsoft Business Solutions.

Bio: Claus Busk Andersen, Microsoft, is a group program manager for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central program management team. This team defines the strategy and scope for the Business Central platform, including developer tools and management features, as well as the underlying service. Claus has been with Microsoft for 17 years, including 15 years in various positions within research and development.

Jannik has 25 years of experience within the IT industry. His experience ranges from product development, consultancy, sales, and strategy development. He has been 3 years in Asia as country sales manager.

Bio: Mike Morton is the General Manager of the Microsoft 365 Dynamics Business Central team. Mike recently moved to Denmark after spending 24 years working at Microsoft in Redmond. Amongst the highlights of Mike's time at Microsoft include being a co-founder of SharePoint, the development of Office Offline, and most recently the Fluid Framework.

Bio: Neha Bajwa is Sr. Director in Business Application Marketing group at Microsoft. Previously Neha lead the Data Platform marketing group in the Microsoft's US subsidiary, where she was responsible for driving US business, marketing and operations for Microsoft SQL and Azure Data Services business. Neha has been with Microsoft since 2005, and in previous years held various roles as marketing & Strategy lead for SQL, Identity, security and management business. Neha has a wide range of experience at Microsoft including partner, segment and product marketing, overseeing major launches across SQL, Security, Identity and Management. She has also spent time as a product planner for SQL and security portfolio of products. Neha joined Microsoft when Microsoft acquired Sybari Software, best of breed anti-virus, anti-spam company where she was responsible for product strategy, planning and marketing for portfolio of products.
