Dynamics 365 for Marketing – the good, the bad and the heroes

As Microsoft Business Application Distributer, we mainly use Microsoft technology and therefore we decided in beginning 2020 to leave our old Microsoft CRM with 3rd party marketing add-ons behind and move on with the all including Dynamics 365 Marketing as one of the early adopters worldwide. This was a tough decision with a high of impact on our core processes.
In this session we will not only share our learnings from this transition project, we will also share how we achieve our main marketing targets like avoiding data silos, providing relevant decision making basis for everyone within QBS or to simplify you own Marketing procedures with Dynamics 365 Marketing.

Since the end of 2019 Victoria supports the QBS team as well as the QBS Community with her Marketing experience and knowledge of the needs of Dynamics Partners.
