The team’s main focus is to help Partners launch new services and drive efficiencies in how they transact with Microsoft. He’ll be joined by colleagues from other regional operations centres for the session.

Mark’s current role is within the area of partners operational support working to optimise the service that is being provided for maximum positive impact.

Passionate in helping partners adopt changes and enabling partners to achieve more.
