This session is to encourage Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Power Platform Partners to deliver even more attractive presentations, attract greater attention from prospective customers and ultimately win out over competing ERP/CRM software.
Presenter will focus "Service Module and Power Platform". First of all, presenter will explain about design pattern for Fields Service Operations under Dynamics 365, then will show how to develope "Repair Service Order Entry" Page by Power Apps and explain Power BI for Factory/Service.
"Why Repair Service Engineer does not like real time Service Item Workseet Entry?" "Why Service Engineer always forget to move Spair Parts back to the bin where they picked up?" "Why Service Engineer loves goodwill service rather than warranty under maintenance contract?" In this session, presenter will use Power Platform to solve such problems for Service MGRs.
