Directions EMEA 2022

Panel Discussion: Young in Dynamics

Date: 10-11-2022 | From: 15:00 to 15:45 | Room: Hall E

James Crowter, Chair of Directions4Partners and comparative dinosaur of the community, is inviting Directions EMEA attendees who are under 30 to attend this session to open the discussion on how we attract more people into our community.

Why should they choose for a career in Dynamics and what can partners do to attract them and accelerate their professional growth? In this session, we would like to get feedback from the Young in Dynamics tribe directly on how we can make your journey easier and attract more by identifying challenges, setting goals before measuring results. Challenge us to change what’s wrong and inspire us to do more. Let’s create a clear set of actions and challenge every partner to step up.

Do we need a specific group for people starting the Dynamics journey like Women in Dynamics? What would be its objectives and activities? How can Directions as an organisation support it? Who would help lead it?

Not only those who has purchased one of ‘under 30’ tickets we offered at a reduced rate to the community, but everyone who’s under 30 is welcome to contribute to this discussion.
