In this session we will give you an overview of the tools and information channels available to identify an issue, and walk you through the end-to-end process of how to engage with Microsoft and how we work to solve support cases as soon as possible. This includes an overview of environment upgrade cycles and where to find the information that would help updating all environments you manage within the update window and what is required from you to help Microsoft mitigate faster.
Bio: Responsible for Infrastructure and Delivery for Business Central, focusing on improving support processes, stabilization, Cloud Operations and Service Fundamentals
Bio: Robert joined Microsoft 20 years ago with the acquisition of Navision. Prior to that, he worked for Navision for 7 years. He is an Escalation Engineer on the Business Central North America support team.
