Support is a critical consideration of any organisation large or small partnering with Microsoft. We believe support is more than just technical escalation and incident resolution. Support is building trusted relationships, investing time and energy in helping your business realise its full potential and promote growth through the accelerated deployment and adoption of Microsoft technologies. By serving the needs of our Partners, we achieve this by working with you to bring forward the very best resources Microsoft has to offer. We provide industry advice and guidance on how best to successfully deploy, operate, administer, and optimize our technology - for you and your customers. Of course, occasionally, things go wrong, and during these events - we are here to help you get back up and running as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
There are several different support offerings available which offers both breadth and choice but can lead to confusion as which is the right one for you. For Partners there are only two, and for most this journey starts with Advanced Support for Partners. So come and hear what Advanced Support for Partners can do for you. Engage with a Support Evangelist and a Partner Success Account Manager (PSAM) and learn what they do daily to serve our Partner community. Bio: Matt has been with Microsoft for 17 years, working solely within the Enterprise Support Organisation. 10 years as a Delivery Manager across multiple industries including Media, Telco, Manfacturing and Utilities and 7 years in a commercial role - onboarding both Customers and Partners to the service offering.

CEO acadon AG - Treasurer IAMCP
Bio: Klaus is Co-Founder and CEO of acadon, an ISV focussing on ERP for the Timber industry. Since 2010 he is engaged in the IAMCP (International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners) and now is treasurer of the German, EMEA and worldwide IAMCP. Klaus is passionate about bringing people together so that everybody can deliver better solutions to customers.

Bio: From Chile, I moved to Thailand to pursue international studies, and I fell head over heels with the country. ⠀ ⠀After spending ten years there, fate intervened, and I landed in The Netherlands. Throughout this journey, I have been blessed to encounter mentors and colleagues who encouraged me to face each challenge with zeal and enthusiasm. While my family and friends ensured that I never lost hope during adversity. ⠀ When Microsoft appointed me as their official Partner Success Evangelist, I knew that I made the right decision in pursuing my passion for data and people. I consider this new role as a privilege to support our partners in building robust relationships, centralizing the usage of Microsoft cloud. You may think of me as your go-to source for real-time informative Microsoft Partner Support. ⠀ ⠀ More importantly, I center my business relationships on building.
