Bio: Aida Seifi Labrosse is Partner Group Engineering Manager for Business Central Platform, Service and Partner tooling. Aida and her teams are focusing on building and running a highly available, secure, stable, and performant cloud service; besides continuing to innovate on developer tooling, enriching AL language, enhancing extension life cycle management and modernizing the developer and administrator experience . Aida joined Microsoft in 2003 first as a student intern and then as a full-time engineer working on Microsoft Business Framework as part of Visual Studio team. She moved to NAV in 2006 working on different areas of the product including web client, application, server, and reporting. In 2015 Aida led the team that conceptualized and drove the delivery of NAV SaaS service that transformed the product from a monolith on premise desktop solution to a componentized world class cloud solution known as Dynamics Business Central today.

Bio: Dmitry is the Group Product Manager for Business Central online service, platform, and partner tooling. Dmitry’s team of Product Managers defines product vision and strategy by leveraging a deep understanding of the customer and partner ecosystem, experience, and competitive market, identifies short-and long-term investment opportunities, and drives the product roadmap from definition and planning through development, release, and uptake by the end users. The areas owned by Dmitry and his team span many scenarios ranging from security, scalability, performance, and resource governance, to signups, updates, administration and troubleshooting to management of the ISV solutions and experiences, per-tenant extensions, programming language capabilities (AL), DevOps tooling and other.

Bio: Mike Morton is responsible for SMB (Small and Medium Business) products in the Microsoft Business Applications division. This includes leading Business Central, Microsoft’s flagship solution for the SMB segment. Mike been at Microsoft for 26 years, moving from Seattle to Denmark two years ago to be closer to the BC engineering team. Amongst the highlights of Mike's time at Microsoft include being a co-founder of SharePoint, the development of Office Offline, and incubating the Fluid Framework.

Bio: Monique Hayward is the Senior Director for Business Applications Ecosystem Marketing at Microsoft Corporation. She leads the team responsible for the marketing strategy and programs to accelerate the growth of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform products with independent software vendors and systems integrators. Prior to Microsoft, Monique worked for 22 years at Intel Corporation, leading teams and managing strategic programs in marketing, communications, and business development in Information Technology, Data Center Platforms, Software & Services, Global Diversity, Mobile Platforms, and Corporate Marketing. She also did a two-and-a-half-year assignment as the Chief of Staff and Technical Assistant to Intel’s first Chief Technology Officer. Monique also has experience in PR and marketing communications at Tektronix, American Greetings, and the U.S. Department of State. In addition to her corporate marketing career, Monique is also an award-winning entrepreneur, author, and speaker. She co-founded DRISCOLL Cuisine & Cocktail Concepts, a personal chef service in the Phoenix metro area, in June 2019. Previously, Monique owned and operated Dessert Noir Café & Bar in Beaverton, Oregon, and served as a partner in Cerise Noire Software, a mobile software applications company. In February 2009, Monique released her debut book, Divas Doing Business: What the Guidebooks Don’t Tell You About Being a Woman Entrepreneur, featuring a foreword by Oscar-winning actor Morgan Freeman. Her latest book, Get Your Hustle On! It’s Not Just About Getting a Job, But Building a Rewarding Career, was released in February 2014.

Bio: Ryan Cunningham is the Vice President of Power Apps, Microsoft’s low-code application development offering. Ryan has led Power Apps to be the most widely adopted Low Code Application Platform on the market across Office 365, Dynamics 365, and standalone applications – helping everyone from citizen developers to professionals accelerate their delivery of enterprise line of business applications. Ryan holds advanced degrees from the University of Southern California and the London School of Economics and is a frequent presenter on the low-code movement.

Bio: As General Manager, Industry, Apps, & Data Marketing, my team delivers our growth ambitions by landing our Industry, Business Applications, and Data & AI go-to-market strategy with our field, partners, and end-user communities. Previously as Director of the Developer Experience Division of Microsoft Australia, I was responsible for driving emerging technologies, innovation programs, and cloud application development platform sales with technical audiences, ISVs and enterprises across Australia. Prior to that, as Director of the Cloud & Enterprise Division, I was responsible for growing our portfolio of public cloud, hybrid and data platform products in the Australian market. I was also responsible for Microsoft’s Partner strategy, channel development and programs to support the success of more than 15,000 Microsoft Partners in Australia.
