Over the last releases, we have invested in tools and telemetry for troubleshooting Business Central. Join this Q&A to ask questions and provide feedback on the current experience as well as gaps and desires for future support to improve development, troubleshooting (including consultants) and time-to-mitigate for customer support issues.
Esben Nyhuus Kristoffersen
Bio: Esben joined Microsoft in 2003 as a Senior Software Development Engineer working on Microsoft Business Framework (MBF). He moved to the Dynamics NAV team in 2006. Before joining Microsoft Esben had his own software company that developed project/time management software for Time/system International and later a combined POS and online reservation system for bowling centers. Today Esben is a Principal Architect on the Business Central team.
Mike Borg Cardona
Bio: Responsible for the Business Central Web client and integration to Microsoft 365 apps and services.
Bio: Peter has been with Microsoft since the acquisition of Navision in 2002, and has worked as a program manager in a number of areas and product lines throughout this time. He is currently a program manager on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central developer tools team, responsible for the AL language, Visual Studio Code tooling, AppSource and extensions.
Bio: 10+ years with Business Central working on almost all aspects of the product.
Bio: Vincent has been working with Business Central for over fifteen years. He and his team are responsible for the architecture of Business Central and for driving innovation. During the last years, he has been focusing on modernizing the development tools, modernizing the clients and making Business Central a world class cloud service.
