Servotion - A comprehensive field service solution based on MobileNAV

During MultiSoft Innovative Solutions' session, you will learn about the four main pillars of Servotion (Mobile app, automatic resource allocator, customer portal, and the connector to the visual scheduler). We will show you a typical use case of the service process of non-movable hardware supported by Servotion. That includes:
- Creating the ticket by the customer
- Allocating the tasks by the dispatcher
- Traveling to the location and repairing the hardware
- Post-service tasks (service sheets, invoicing, follow-up)
