Dynamics 365 Marketing was launched in 2018. It had a slow start in the partner channel, but now is very much one of the go to Customer Engagement apps from Microsoft.

We are now in a hybrid working world, which has meant that everyone’s marketing strategy has had to evolve again, including ourselves as partners.

Dynamics 365 Marketing is as good as many other tools for the standard outbound email marketing, such as Click Dimensions, Mail Chimp, Force 24 and more. But the real time marketing (also being tagged as ‘moments based marketing’) is really giving Dynamics 365 Marketing that wow factor.

This session talks about what real time marketing actually is. How it works, and how Business Central and CRM data can influence ‘real time marketing’ to prospects and customers.

Dynamics 365 Marketing should be used to not just attract new customers but keep the customers you have. Communicating the right content at the right time is integral to a successful relationship.
