Even though Microsoft Partner’s licensing profitability is a fraction, when comparing it to IP, Managed services, or Project services, there are best practices to still optimize it. During the session, we’ll dive into details of licensing business (Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider program (CSP)):
• Tactics to increase efficiency at a scale (onboarding, support channels, areas for customer’s self-service, keeping in touch and feedback loop, data-driven experience improvements).
