Bio: Anya Ciecierski has worked in sales and marketing in the Microsoft Dynamics channel since 1999. She is the co-founder of ERP Software Blog, CRM Software Blog, and ERP Cloud Blog. These sites focus on educating companies in the software selection process with more than 90,000 readers each month and encourage collaboration between 150 ERP and CRM partners across the world. Anya is committed to the idea of 'using the power of the group' to benefit the community. She is also the founder of the Channel Marketing Academy online peer network.

Bio: As Marketing Manager 4PS Group, Bianca de Bruin is responsible for 4PS Group's international marketing strategy. Bianca started at 4PS in 2018. In just a few years, she expanded the marketing team from just two marketers to an international team with 10 specialists. Customer satisfaction, customer retention and ambassadorship are key for this driven and experienced marketer. This is why Bianca builds valuable relationships with customers and leads based on the inbound strategy. She of course never loses sight of the work happiness of her team members either. Indeed, if there is one thing Bianca believes to be true, it's that you achieve the best results if people do what they do best and what they enjoy doing. Driven by that vision and strategy, she works with marketers in the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and partners worldwide on inspiring campaigns targeting companies in the global construction industry.

Been in the Microsoft Dynamics channel for over 10 years where I have been able to unite my interest for the ever changing world of marketing with my inner-accountant who loves a spreadsheet that balances. What I enjoy most about my job: always learning about the latest marketing trends that are forever evolving // being creative about go-to-market strategies // coming up with cool activities for our prospects, clients and employees // finding ways to be more efficient to do more with less.
