Bam Boom Cloud’s approach to building customer lifetime value from a high volume base

Bam Boom Cloud are a high volume partner. Built for scale, lower value projects delivered quickly and repeatable. Right? Well…yes, that is right. However, with each of those high volume implementations comes a customer. A customer with their own business, their own business pain points and their own growth aspirations. What happens after they’re live?

We know we love to talk around speed of deployment. We shout (pretty loud!) on LinkedIn about our approach and our methods. But we’ve not shared much about our long term relationship with customers. Do we have high churn? Do we do development work? Do we ever do more than core finance? Short answer to those questions is 'no / sometimes / yes' but if you’d like to hear more than that then join this session!

Steve Brooks (CTO) and Julien Chambon (Head of Dynamics 365 Consulting) will talk around the latest developments in our high volume approach, and then what do we do post go live. How do we develop depth of usage with our customers. How do we keep the same mindset around simplicity and time to value, with increasingly complexity of BC functionality? What ISVs do we use and how do we measure customer success?

Bio: I'm a Chartered Accountant, and used NAV for many years before I started consulting at Bam Boom Cloud. I came in with an end user perspective on the software, with an accounting edge. Since then, I have been honing my expertise in D365 Business Central and the Power Platform, by delivering implementations with complex integrations, leveraging Microsoft technologies. I now lead a team of consultants, looking after the interest and success of our existing customer base.

Bio: I'm the CTO here at Bam Boom Cloud. Our aim is to simplify cloud technology, making the latest Microsoft Cloud solutions affordable and easy to implement. I have over 10 years' experience working with small and medium businesses. With a varied background as a chartered accountant, consultant and CTO, I have seen lots of businesses and lots of systems. I now put that experience to work in making the Microsoft stack more accessible to SMBs.
