In this presentation, I will share the journey of LS Retail to SaaS and how we applied automation and continuous improvement in our localization and delivery process, to currently manage over 40 countries running LS Central on D365 BC.

Bio: Gudrun responsibilities at LS Retail is to manage devops, localizations and delivery processes of LS Central currently in 40 countries. Gudrun has been involved in various retail projects, developing, consulting and training partners in different countries around the world. Before she became a Product Director, her responsibilities at LS Retail were as a senior developer/consultant, Training Manager and Development Director for LS Central.
