Dynamics 365 Sales Professional for Business Central users

Many Business Central users or partners didn’t have contact with Dynamics 365 Sales Professional. As this solution is available for Business Central users (through attached license) only for a couple of dollars, it will be good to know how you can use them together and why to do that. I’ll try to pass through the most of challenges, from different expressions in different systems, where are borders of CRM solution inside the Business Central and when it will be good to extend it, where are limitations in this integration, and how and where you can customize it…

Bio: Marko Totovic is part of, one of Microsoft’s biggest partners, in the CRM/PowerPlatform Developer/Consultant position. Meanwhile, he is a regular trainer in Plataan, where he talks about collaboration and integration of Business Central with Dataverse and Power Platform. Seven years ago, Marko started as an Editor in Chief in ERP Magazine. While working on creating and publishing ERP Magazine, he got interested in Microsoft Business Applications and started experimenting and working. First, he worked in a family company as NAV consultant and later he started working as a CRM Consultant at two local Dynamics partners, where he had the opportunity to learn much more about Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically the CRM side of Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, etc.), and to work in real-life implementations of the Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform. Marko is regular speaker at regional Microsoft conferences and even had a session at User Group Summit North America.
