If you're planning on flying to the event, we suggest flying to Birmingham Airport (BHX).

The conference will take place at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) which is only a four-minute drive from the airport.

The NEC is also accessible through Birmingham International train station.

Birmingham Airport is directly connected to Birmingham International Station by a free 'Air-Rail Link' monorail system.

The Air-Rail Link operates between 3:30 am and 12:30 am daily. The carriage(s) runs continuously, on-demand during these hours.

Outside of these hours: A courtesy bus is in operation. Please use bus-stop D from the Airport Terminal and bus stop Sb at the Train Station.

The Air-Rail Link arrives on the first floor of the Airport. To check-in, please use the lift or escalator to the ground floor.

If you plan on driving your own car to the NEC there is a lot of parking options right outside the location.

We recommend pre-booking your parking for the event, which you can do by following this link.

The location

The Venue is taking place at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, UK.

HM Queen Elizabeth II opened the NEC in 1976, and it has since become the UK’s number one venue of choice for organisers, exhibitors and visitors. Originally, the NEC had seven exhibition halls. Today they have 18. Not to mention 32 conference suites and a host of additional outdoor spaces.
